Strategic IT Project Manager – Location and Asset Expert

We are a global consulting firm offering integrated professional services in audit, business process outsourcing, tax, and law advisory. With over 100 offices in nearly 50 countries, we have been present in Poland for more than 30 years.

Our Agile Team is seeking a talented Strategic IT Project Manager to drive our location management initiatives. As a key player in our agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project implementation, adhere to company standards, and deliver innovative solutions.

YOUR ROLE

  • Essential Tasks:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of location-based IT projects, including relocations, openings, and changes.
  • Implement and manage Asset/Life Cycle Management solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Heuristic Agile approach:
  • Cultivate a positive team environment and establish strong connections with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Be open to change and adjust plans as needed.
  • Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress and challenges.
  • Respond to stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Fluency in English and/or German - knowledge of both languages is a great advantage.
