We seek a skilled Senior Location IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive location management initiatives. As a key player in our agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of projects according to company standards and deliver innovative solutions.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of location-based IT projects, including relocations, openings, and changes. They will implement and manage Asset/Life Cycle Management solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment, establishing strong connections with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Be open to change and adjust plans as needed, identifying lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize processes, engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly, providing timely updates on project progress and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in IT project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is a great advantage.
