  • uczestnictwo w międzynarodowym projekcie realizowanym dla branży edukacyjnej, który dotyczy rozwoju produktów e-learningowych, 
  • zarządzanie przepływem wartości w Agile Release Train (ART), 
  • prowadzenie sesji planowania przyrostów programu (PI), 
  • współpraca z liderami domen i architektami nad funkcjami programu oraz dostarczaniem ART, 
  • partnerstwo z interesariuszami, dostawcami i zespołami, 
  • organizowanie ceremonii zespołów cross-funkcjonalnych, 
  • eskalacja problemów, zarządzanie ryzykiem i zależnościami, 
  • coaching zespołów, Scrum Masterów i interesariuszy w praktykach Agile/SAFe, 
  • praca 100% zdalna z okazjonalnymi spotkaniami zespołowymi w Warszawie lub Gdańsku (ok. 2 razy na kwartał), dodatkowo możliwe zagraniczne delegacje, 
  • stawka 150-170 zł/h przy B2B w zależności od doświadczenia. 

Dobrze odnajdziesz się w naszym zespole, jeśli:

  • masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu projektów dot. rozwoju oprogramowania, 
  • posiadasz praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), najlepiej jako RTE, 
  • pracowałeś/aś w międzynarodowym środowisku z rozproszonymi zespołami deweloperskimi, 
  • wykazujesz się bardzo dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (C1), 
  • cechuje Cię zaangażowanie, nastawienie na osiąganie celów oraz postawa "can-do", 
  • dużym atutem będzie znajomość języka hiszpańskiego.
