Responsibilities

Mission: 

You will be part of the new team dedicated to credit risk management who is responsible for controlling and analyzing specific activities for PCM and TRA business in 9 Western Europe branches (Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zürich, Vienna, Milan, Madrid, London).

Tasks and responsibilities:

Performing controls and analysis on risky activities based on written procedures Reporting the results of controls/analysis in dedicated tools Communicating with central teams where necessary to complete requirements Proactively escalating blocking points to unblock difficult cases Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines Sharing KPIs with stakeholders Suggesting improvements in order to gain efficiency

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Higher education (preferably master's degree) Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Banking, Cash Management or Trade Services

Language skills:

Fluency in English and Polish German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Good knowledge of the Credit risk management (RWA, ECL, Basel parameters) Knowledge of operational processes and reporting tools Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Good planning and organizational skills Analytical skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence Ability to work in a team as well as independently
