Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Improvement Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are actively recruiting a seasoned and accomplished Continuous Improvement Coordinator for an esteemed international medical company at the forefront of innovation. This pivotal role is designed to lead and drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across diverse functions. As a CI Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The successful candidate will engage collaboratively with key functions including Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement, IT, QA, R&D, and Operations. The primary focus will be on deploying advanced continuous improvement practices to significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. This role holds paramount importance in supporting the organization’s strategic business transformation endeavors, aiming to instill speed and simplicity into our business processes while elevating overall operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of AGS Continuous Improvement, the Senior Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be an integral part of our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service improvement across various functions, including Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement, IT, QA, R&D, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with the Global CI Practice Lead to develop a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Lean Six Sigma competency through the delivery of comprehensive training programs and tools & techniques.
  • Design and facilitate process improvement workshops, including Kaizen sessions, to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects, providing coaching and mentoring support for process improvement initiatives undertaken by team members.
  • Establish governance structures, meeting cadences, and metrics necessary for keeping improvement projects on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI toolkits for sustaining improved processes.
  • Ensure standardization and simplification of processes in alignment with functional guidelines, utilizing Continuous Improvement methodologies and Automation (Low-Cost Automation/RPA/Digital solutions).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of robust experience in the Shared Services industry, with a significant background of 2 years in process improvements area.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Proven track record of delivering L6S training up to Green Belt level and hands-on experience in project coaching at minimum Green Belt level.
  • Strong knowledge of shared services operations, especially in Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement.
  • Experience in the Pharma domain is highly advantageous.
  • Additional experience in working with Commercial, Sales, and Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • In-depth industry knowledge in Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, Visio, Tableau/Power BI, and familiarity with various process automation solutions (Desktop Automation, RPA, Power Automate, Python, Process Mining).
