Continuous Improvement Manager

 

Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for international and innovative medical company. The primary goal of this role is to deliver simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions and to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with various functions such as Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement, IT, QA, R&D, and Operations to deploy continuous improvement practices aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

The role plays a crucial part in supporting the organization’s business transformation efforts by introducing speed and simplicity to our business processes and improving overall ways of working. The individual in this position will report directly to the Head of AGS Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement across various functions such as Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement, IT, QA, R & D Operations etc., and deploy continuous improvement practices to improve efficiency & effectiveness of processes. 
  • To assist Global CI Practice Lead in the development of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy and in establishing a continuous improvement culture
  • Work on improving the Lean Six Sigma competency by delivering training on Lean Six Sigma certification levels and tools & techniques
  • Design and facilitate process improvement workshops to (Kaizen) workshops to identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementation. 
  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma projects as well as provide coaching & mentoring support for process improvement projects taken up by our associates
  • Establish governance, meeting cadence and metrics required to keep improvement projects on track
  • Work with cross-functional teams to put in place CI toolkits for sustaining the improved processes
  • Ensure standardisation and simplification of processes in line with functional guidelines using Continuous Improvement methodologies and Automation (Low-Cost Automation / RPA / Digital solutions)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of Shared Services industry experience, with 2-4 years in process improvements.
  • Good knowledge of shared services operations, particularly in Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Minitab, Visio, Tableau/Power BI
  • Familiarity with process automation solutions (Desktop Automation, RPA, Power Automate, Python, Process Mining).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Delivered L6S trainings up to Green Belt level.
  • L6S project coaching experience at minimum Green Belt level.
  • Experience in working with Commercial, Sales, Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Industry knowledge in Shared Services.
