We're now looking for a LMS Support Specialist to join the team to ensure that all Learning Management System (LMS) content is created and maintained in line with our Clients requirements. 

Ideally based in Krakow, the role will operate on a hybrid basis however, we are open to considering fully remote working from other locations in Poland. The role is for a period of 3 months and we're looking for someone avaiable to start immediately.

Job Summary

Receive LMS administration requests and executing on those requests in the LMS. Manage all LMS Content (Items / Courses, Curriculums, Scheduled Offerings / Classes etc.) Assist with LMS data cleanup projects as needed. Populate the LMS with courses and content per brand, audience, and in multiple languages and formats. Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of content and data in the LMS. Utilizing the client's checklist, test new courses/content to ensure it launches, bookmarks, captures completion records, etc. Assist with course maintenance-related items, updating course content and publishing to the LMS.

Qualifications

You'll have previous experience of using a Learning Management System (LMS) from an administrative/support aspect, preferably with Saba however, knowledge and experience of another LMS will be sufficient.

Previous experience in a Learning, Human Resources or General Business Administration function Managed workflow through a Help Desk ticket / tracking system Proven ability to work independently in your role appreciating you are part of a wider team delivering services to a Client Be self-directed and be able to manage competing priorities Be Service focused with attention to detail Be professional, well spoken, and able to interact with Clients and colleagues at all levels Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
