Tasks:
The IT Application Support Specialist is an accurate and reliable caretaker with a primary focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining security throughout the entire support life cycle. He or she plays a crucial role in delivering support and operational assistance for Business IT Applications. This covers addressing customer-reported issues, fulfilling service requests, and actively engaging in vigilant monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT solutions and products.
Qualifications
Profile:
Support and development of the VR platform Synergy XR Consultancy: Providing advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address client needs. Application Support: Delivering management, technical and administrative services to support and maintain live applications. Service Acceptance: Managing the process to obtain formal confirmation that service acceptance criteria have been met. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of relevant technical concepts, principles, and practices within a specific domain or area of expertise. Incident Management: Coordinating responses to incident reports, minimizing negative impacts and restoring service as quickly as possible. Problem Management: Managing the life cycle of all problems that have occurred or could occur in delivering a service. Change Control: Assessing risks associated with proposed changes and ensuring changes to products, services or systems are controlled and coordinated. Troubleshooting (Problem Solving): Troubleshooting (problem solving) is a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem and makes the product or process operational. Analytical Thinking: Produce thoughts using logic and reasoning in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Agile Mindset: Agile mindset is a set of values, principles, and attitudes that emphasize adaptability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Good communication skills Collaboration & Cooperation Customer Orientation: Understand what customers want and adopt a positive attitude when interacting with them, providing advices, selling products or services or processing complaints. Fluent English verbal and written communication, German would be a plus
