Our Client is a cybersecurity company based in the US, located in New York City. Their goal is to help clients deal with cyber threats.


They specialize in:
- Cyber Breach Response
- Cloud Security Services
- Proactive Cyber Services

Their team of experienced professionals brings a military-grade approach to cyber operations, ensuring efficient and effective responses to cyber breaches. By combining operational and technological expertise, they prioritize keeping client information secure.


Client:
US-based cybersecurity company in New York City

Location:
Remote position from Poland

Salary:
up to 46 USD/hour + VAT on B2B
Working hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (Polish time)

Responsibilities:
- Manage client's Kaseya Operations Platform
- Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets
- Client onboarding, server, and network deployments or migrations, infrastructure guidance to C-suite clients, including design and implementation oversight
- Support various clients and infrastructures (Wi-Fi, network switches, FW's, servers, network connections, ISP connectivity)

Level 3 support including account and equipment maintenance, setup of user accounts and devices, software/OS upkeep, troubleshooting, deployment of IT assets, ensuring system functionality and efficiency.


Expected Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as IT Support Specialist
- Knowledge of O365/M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, etc.), Windows OS, Windows 10/11, MacOS, Azure Cloud, and Windows Server, VMware/Windows Hyper-v
- Experience in supporting project implementations including server, firewall, email, file migrations, Active Directory, MFA/VPN rollouts, and new business applications
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, MAC, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, FIREWALL, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS, and MFA
- Advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting skills of technical issues
- Excellent internal/external customer service skills, proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent English skills
