We are a Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company from Silicon Valley - Hippo Insurance. What will you do?

You will be a customer service and support evangelist, working with the team and assisting our customers via support tickets, email, and chat. You will work closely with Help Desk teammates to build and maintain IT support documentation, manage support ticket queues, and work on important team projects. You will solve problems with both Windows and Mac systems. You will work closely with the US team (availability in the evenings is very important).

We might be a match if you

2-4 years experience in IT Support in a professional environment. Experience with support ticket management and tracking. Good customer service, problem solving, and teamwork abilities. Basic experience in VLAN, NAT, and routing, L3 firewalls, VPNs. Extensive technical knowledge of MacOS and Windows 10. Network fundamentals (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing). Familiar with managing SaaS applications via SSO. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will get extra points for: Experience using a modern MDM to solve complex support needs.
