About the Role
We are currently searching for a Financial Analyst – Nutrition & Health Solutions Operations who will have a variety of responsibilities that include assisting with financial forecasting and budgeting processes, performing detailed analyses around factory growth and profitability, developing standard reporting and procedures, and presenting key findings to senior leadership. The nature of this position will focus on using data to drive better decision making in our operations across the N&HS business globally.
About Your Responsibilities
Support Director FP&A, Operations, and others in Operations team with revenue, cost and hours / absorption forecasting, factory labor cost and productivity reviews and actuals performance reviews, including weekly and monthly cadence. Assist in the development of automated new standardized reporting for factories and other management reporting needs. Analyze and interpret product line and factory profitability, including pricing, cost of sales, and other key financial performance indicators. Review capital expenditure requests from the business and recommend capital deployment decisions based on ROIC and timeline to value creation. Build and maintain financial models to identify and quantify the impact of internal and macroeconomic drivers. Evaluate current processes and continuously improve efficiency/ productivity through automation and other process improvements. Assist with planning process for backlog, income statement and working capital accounts across N&HS factories using current and to be developed tools and processes.What You Need
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly collect, organize, analyze, and understand information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in working with large data sets and/or databases to perform analysis and create visual data. Proficiency in the following systems: Microsoft Power BIAbout Your Benefits
