Your responsibilities:

• Supporting preparation and execution of MINI dealer activities and events, in line with overall brand communication and launch calendar

• Communication with dealers and offering day-to-day support on marketing field, building long-term professional business relations

• Developing MINI dealer communication materials according to the guidelines

• Supporting sales target achievement by initiating and implementing innovative activities at the POS

• Initiating local marketing co-operations to support dealer network in conquest activities

• Ensuring proper brand visibility in the dealer network, in line with brand CI

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring POS communication at the dealerships

• Coordination of dealers’ websites

• Preparation and organization of dealer briefings, conferences, and events

• Monitoring and reporting execution of dealers’ plans and marketing activities

• Monitoring of budgets, spending, and other KPIs, based on quarterly and annual targets

Our requirements:

3 years of marketing experience - min. 2 years in retail marketing (dealer marketing) or event agency

Experience in marketing campaigns/ budgets planning /events

Experience in project management and reporting of marketing KPIs

Experience in the digital marketing will be an additional asset

Analytical skills with a focus on practical knowledge of MS Excel

Thoroughness, accuracy

Ability to work independently, excellent self-organization, ability to set priorities

Customer-centric mindset

Strong interpersonal skills – openness, communication, presentation

Fluent English

University degree, preferably in Marketing

Driving license (B cat.)
