We are now looking for a Specialist, Supplier Digital Enablement who will ensure efficient supplier onboarding, focusing on enablement, e-commerce, and technical capabilities in the SAP Business Network at UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland. What you will do

Execute strategy for supplier enablement to the UPM Digital Sourcing Ecosystem. Manage supplier enablement and onboarding activities based on agreed rollout

In collaboration with business stakeholders manage goals and objectives for supplier onboarding as well as contribute to the enablement pipeline creation - long/short terms. Communicate internally and externally supplier enablement program benefits, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders

Gain solid understanding of SAP Business Network functionality and new releases

Gain full understanding of the supplier registration/enablement processes & solutions in use, involved teams and data integration points within UPM

Continuously improve the supplier onboarding process, identify and communicate improvement opportunities in technical setup as well as ways of working. Create and maintain communication materials, instructions & guidelines

Give input to SAP Business Network implementation projects and participate in other continuous improvements projects

Manage user and supplier queries, conduct integration testing and help suppliers in troubleshooting. Support internal stakeholder in Supplier Enablement and SAP Business Network usage

Provide regular updates related to Supplier Enablement to UPM stakeholders on progress made

Who you are

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

You have preferably 2-3 years of experience in business support, customer service, operative procurement, or sourcing in international/global organizations

You are fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Finnish is an asset

You have experience with SAP Business Network (Ariba) and a good understanding of financial and procurement processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow and Power BI is an advantage

You are proactive, service-oriented, with excellent communication and influencing skills

You are open and able to work effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels and externally with suppliers

You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and a quick learner eager to gain technical knowledge

You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of independent work with strong compliance understanding and task prioritization in a matrix environment
