We are looking for Specialist, Procurement Digital Enablement to drive efficient supplier enablement with a focus on technical and e-commerce capabilities within SAP ERP and SAP Business Network . What you will do

Onboard and support suppliers while continuously improving technical setups, processes, and operational methods

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams as well as external parties supporting technical solution implementation

Conduct integration testing, assist suppliers with troubleshooting and maintain integration documentation.Contribute to the SAP Business Network implementation project and other continuous improvement initiatives

Support the SAP Business Network by maintaining supplier related settings, and providing necessary assistance to internal and external stakeholders

Engage directly with the supplier community and collaborate with UPM internal stakeholders on supplier enablement activities

Create and maintaincommunication materials, instructions, and guidelines

Develop a thorough understanding of the supplier enablement process, involved teams, and data integration points within UPM

Gain a deep understanding of SAP BusinessNetwork functionality and new releases

Responsible for troubleshooting, documenting failure investigations, and coordinating issue resolution

Who you are

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in business supportincluding maintaining material and vendor master data.Knowledge of ServiceNow and Power BI is an advantage

Experience with theSAP MM module, specializing in purchasing and idoc areas

You are proficient in procurement processes with a thorough understanding of compliance requirements

You are fluent in English; proficiency in German or/and Finnish is an asset

You are proactive, service-oriented, with excellent communication and influencing skills

You are open and able to work effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels and externally with suppliers

You have essential skills that include the ability to structure tasks, set priorities, and work well in a matrix business environment. Additionally, you are a quick learner willing to gain technical knowledge, possessing strong organizational skills for scheduling meetings, effective open communication abilities, and the flexibility and adaptability to work independently in various situations
