About the Job
In this position, your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Leads the Global Master Data team membersAct as escalation point for incidents and requests, ensures defined service level is reachedMeet performance targetsKeep the team motivated and focused on the planSupervising support team members, ensuring continuous knowledge building in teamAbout you

Experience in managing Global Master Data TeamProven track record of delivery within a similar roleAbility to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key usersAbility to manage high volume transactional ticket-flow type processesFocus on client and client experienceAbility to direct and superviseHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAnalyse complex problems and make decisions in a timely mannerFluency in English in speaking and writingCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsContinuous improvement mindset and process orientationSolution orientated work approachWhat we offer
