Poland (Warsaw) Poland (Warsaw) Legal Hybrid Internships PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
 Providing legal support to maintain legal safety for the business at country level within the areas of sales, marketing, procurement, operations, including production, finance, public affairs and others related to business. This applies to all North BU– Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:
 Conducting thorough legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing cases Draft and review various easy contracts and other legal documentation. Prepare contract templates with the support of Legal Director, Legal Counsels or Senior Legal Counsels Draft various corporate documents (like Powers of Attorney to Shareholders) Draft internal procedures required to facilitate legal processes in the company with the support of Legal Director, Legal Counsels or Senior Legal Counsels Conduct communication with local authorities / third parties (drafting letters, answers, inquiries, etc.) under supervision of Legal Manager. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
 4th-5th year on the Law faculty, would be preferred,  General knowledge of commercial, corporate and labor laws Language skills: fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (min. EU B2 level) and local language (Polish) Computer skills: Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / IT literate Availability min. 30-35h/per week  Record-keeping ability.
