What you’ll do:
In this role, you will join the Compliance & Risk team as a Compliance and Risk Manager focused on the continued development of Billtrust’s Third Party Risk Management program. This position reports directly to the VP of Compliance and Risk and will involve:
Vendor Risk Management
Partner with the Procurement, Information Assurance, Finance and AML/Sanctions teams in the management of Billtrust Third Party Risk Management program Modernize the Risk evaluation process, metrics, and due diligence for existing and new vendors Establish vendor criticality and methods to evaluate their risk to Billtrust business objectives and processes Implement software to manage existing and new vendors risk reviews and partner with other business areas to ensure comprehensive coverage of risk to Billtrust Maintain constant awareness of external marketplace as it relates to third parties and/or relevant internal capabilities Manage on-boarding/off-boarding of third parties Synthesize risk and performance related data into a holistic assessment of assigned third partiesPolicy Management
Update and manage the Third-Party Risk Management Policy and supporting proceduresRegulatory Management
Evaluate Third Party (Vendor) contracts to ensure all pass-through compliance and security requirements are documented
What you’ll bring to the team:
Extensive knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management, standards, tools, and processes as well as familiarity with information security, and enterprise risk management 4+ years of experience leading Risk Management processes Leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the company to accomplish common goals Proficiency in regulatory compliance, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, risk and control governance and metrics, and data protection
