The Project Manager - Eastern Europe/MidEast will play a key customer facing role in fulfilling the customer delivery project, being the primary point of contact for the customer and internal stakeholders when planning and implementing Elekta solutions. They will be planning, managing, coordinating, and taking financial control of each project.


What You’ll Do At Elekta
The Project Manager - Eastern Europe/MidEast responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner, within scope and margin which ensuring customer expectations are appropriately managed.Responsible for meeting the Company’s revenue goals, through meeting the revenue forecast for the projects directly managed and constantly search for projects to be pulled forward into fiscal year quarters to attain the revenue goals.Perform project risk assessments as required and design risk mitigation strategies.Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Create and maintain project documentation according to Elekta’s QSM.Report project execution in line with business requirements, in required systems and meetings.

The Project Manager - Eastern Europe/MidEast will play an active role in representing the group’s vision and mission while supporting the goals of the overall business. We are looking for a top-notch candidate who will have the following skills:

Effective stakeholder engagement and management - you will work closely with other Elekta teams to schedule and deploy resources to client sites within the remit of the projects. The success of the Project Manager relies strongly on his/her ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all stakeholders involved in the project.Excellent written and verbal communication skill - to succeed in this role you need to be a successful communicator.

What You Bring

Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred)Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience systems and supporting SW systemsExcellent time management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and flexibleStrong interpersonal skillsFluent in MS Office applicationsFluent English (written and spoken)Ability to travel up to 60%
