Junior Image Editor

We are looking for a Junior Image Editor to work on the end to end gallery production for all deals across all Secret Escapes. This is primarily a process-driven role, and you will be an integral part of the Global Images team by liaising with suppliers to procure images and completing copyright checks. You will be working closely with the Production, Sales, and Editorial teams, so excellent communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach is vital.

Things you'll be working on
Responsible for end-to-end creation of sale galleries - including image sourcing, optimising and loading into our internal CMS systems Working closely with the Sales, Production and Editorial teams Conducting copyright checks of all imagery Liaising with suppliers to ensure we have the relevant imagery needed for a sale Sourcing additional imagery to compliment those provided by hotels Actioning image amends sent over by suppliers and sales teams Live deal gallery maintenance Accurate archiving of hotel and stock images in our database Image editing, including colour correction and retouching using Adobe Photoshop Assisting with any ad-hoc image queriesThe deal breakers
Must be proactive and motivated with a hardworking attitude Keen to learn and able to use initiative to solve problems under pressure Demonstrable attention to detail, taking ownership for accuracy of output Understanding of the editorial components that make up commercially viable images Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively Comfortable working in Adobe Photoshop Experience working in the travel or hotel industry is a bonus Fluent in English, any additional languages would be a plus Cleared to work in the Poland/EUAnd you are…
