Knauf Gypsum EAST is looking for experienced Continuous Improvement Manager, Eastern Europe, who will coordinate all CI activities in the region.

What will you do?

The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across Eastern European countries. He/she will play a crucial role in creating the framework and key principles of CI methodology in the region, tracking progress, analysing data, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating improvement efforts within Eastern European plants via establishment of thorough training program, setting KPIs and providing daily support to our people.

What qualification is required?

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Engineering or business-related courses
  • Preferably with Certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production industry
  • Able to travel 50% of the time across Eastern European plants.
