R2R Senior Associate with German

Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 

Execute Asset Management accounting transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to process documentation and standards, particularly related to: the investment process; creation and maintenance of asset master data; the transfer, disposal and sale of assets; closing and reporting activities; physical inventory count; handling of audit requests;
Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reporting activities. Reconcile general ledger and subledgers accounts. Cooperation with other departments and local accounting platform Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues. Assisting with financial audits. Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined. Documenting and monitoring internal controls. Contribute to process improvements, actively participating in a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Who You Are:

Very good German and English language skills (Must). University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 3 + years of experience in accounting, controlling or similar. Profound knowledge of asset management and general accounting. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Dedication and accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to make decisions, and eager to learn; Motivation, communication, teamwork and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment. Intermediate in SAP or other ERP system
