About the Program:

Are you intrigued by the world of payroll and eager to kickstart your career in this field? Our Payroll Potentials Program is designed just for you Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to switch careers, this program offers comprehensive training in German payroll practices. After completing the program, you'll be ready to join our team at SD Worx and make meaningful contributions to our payroll operations. Take the first step towards a rewarding career in payroll management with us

We are looking for several people for our annual Payroll Potentials program, which will start in September 2024. The training will last for 3 months: the first month will be fully dedicated to soft skills training. We will also train you on the software and systems you will use daily. Then you will start a month-long training on the basics of German payroll. The training will be conducted by an external trainer from Germany. The following month will involve gradually transitioning into your responsibilities.

After the training, you will be assigned a dedicated person who will support you and be able to help you whenever you need it. This training will prepare you for the position of Junior Payroll Advisor for a German client and is fully paid from the first day of training. After completing the training, if your performance is well assessed, we will hire you permanently at SD Worx.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • You will familiarize yourself with the areas of German payroll along with all its aspects and complexity, and you will support our teams in preparing payroll lists for our clients
  • You will learn how important it is to maintain master and transactional data
  • You will become acquainted with various forms of timekeeping and certification
  • You will create your own statistics and evaluations

What do you have to offer?

  • You have a very good command of the German language, both in speech and writing (minimum B2 level)
  • You also have a good command of English (minimum B1 level)
  • You want to develop in the area of Payroll/HR
  • You can work from our office in Katowice (al. Roździeńskiego 1b) approximately twice per month (in the first 3 months, this may be more frequent)
  • You enjoy working in a team, whether on a project or daily
  • MS Office tools and their applications are not unfamiliar to you
