You will be part of Novo Nordisk Business Area South-East Europe (BASEE) headquartered in Warsaw. Our biggest markets include Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria. Location of the job is in Warsaw.
The position
As a Business Partner/Business Analyst, you will support BASEE markets with business analysis and insights to drive performance and informed decision making.
Your key activities will include:
Generation and communication of insights on business performance.
Sales forecasting and target setting.
Follow up on targets execution and variance explanation.
Supporting preparation and evaluation of business cases.
Analytical support to the management team
In this role, you will report to Director, Business Information, NN BASEE.
Qualifications
As our Business Partner/Business Analyst, you need to have very good analytical skills. You need to be proactive and accountable as well as you need to be able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and show complicated things in an understandable way to influence people and business decisions.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:
Strong analytical skills, independent & objective thinking
Fluency in English
Internal customer orientation and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
Economic background
Min 1 year experience in an analytical role

Business Information is an international team of professionals supporting all BASEE countries and BA management with all business analysis and insights needed to drive company performance. We are centre of excellence and source of better practices shared and used across Novo Nordisk.
