Your responsibilities

Support product engineering and other support personnel to achieve design feasibility and in engineering changes Responsible for creating the CAD data according the inputs given by product engineering and customer data Ensures that product designs consider: design for assembly design for manufacture quality functional deployment finite element analysis data dimensional variation analysis Creates additional data sets as required by the program 2D drawing, section book, visualization files, exploded views etc. acc. IAC internal & customer requirements Pulling out and archiving CAD data into internal and customer based data applications Prepare perspective illustrations to improve concept visualization and understanding Utilizes CAD and manual design equipment with emphasis on compatibility

Our requirements

Relevant industry experience in automotive design (interior design preferable). Formal education in mechanical engineering, automotive, design, manufacturing or similar. In depth knowledge of CAD. Familiar with automotive processes such as APQP and FMEA. Extraordinary drive for results. Effective and creative problem-solving mindset. Communicative German and English
