Job Purpose

Join our team as an Engineering Document Administrator. Main responsibility of this role is to ensure that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems, prepare reports and fix identified problems.

You will be responsible for:

Gathering engineering documents from company internal engineering systems, Controlling engineering release process, Final quality check on documents and process steps followed by engineering team, Sending out supplier documentation package to procurement team, Performing other administrative support task within engineering team, Creating Material Traceability Lists for Flow Meters, Assigning values in ERP Systems to maintain traceability of components.

You are meant for this job if:

You have a high-school diploma, Prior experience with administrative tasks would be a plus, Familiarity with SAP and various engineering tools would be a plus, Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, etc. Ability to prioritize and multitask, Accuracy and attention to detail, Ability to work in a team, Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
