  • Lokalizacja biura: Warszawa.
  • Stawka: 170 - 190 zł/ h (netto na FV) - w zależności od dopasowania do roli oraz doświadczenia.
  • Zatrudnienie: Kontrakt B2B, pełny wymiar godzin - współpraca długofalowa.
  • Tryb pracy: zapewniamy swobodę pracy zdalnej, przy czym 1-2 x w tygodniu zapraszamy do warszawskiego na spotkanie z zespołem. Zależy nam aby kandydat pochodził z woj. mazowieckiego - co ułatwi sprawny dojazd do biura.
  • Dla kogo: Międzynarodowa firma z sektora energetycznego/paliwowego,
  • Angielski: Wymagana biegła znajomość j. angielskiego (C1 i wyżej).
  • Projekt: Jako release manager będziesz odpowiedzialny za koordynację procesów wydawniczych w ramach rozwoju produktu w Global Development. Będziesz współpracować z zespołami rozwoju, operacji i produktów, aby zoptymalizować wydania, zredukować ryzyko i zapewnić płynne wdrażanie nowych funkcji i aktualizacji.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kształtowanie i implementacja procesu wydawania nowych wersji oprogramowania.
  • Identyfikacja i wdrażanie usprawnień, zwiększających efektywność i redukujących ryzyko w cyklu wydawniczym.
  • Zintegrowanie procesu wydawania z CI/CD, aby był jak najbardziej płynny i wymagał jak najmniejszej liczby działań manualnych.
  • Koordynacja zespołów i komunikowanie zaplanowanych wydań, ich zakresu i postępów interesariuszom
  • Zarządzanie procesem kontroli zmian, aby zapewnić zgodność z wymogami.
  • Śledzenie wyników testów dla komponentów wydania oraz zapewnienie, że raporty z testów spełniają panujące standardy.
  • Min. 5 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia na takim samym lub podobnym stanowisku.
  • Praktyczna znajomość metodologii Agile.
  • Umiejętność pracy z narzędziami do automatyzacji i pipeline'ami CI/CD.
  • Znajomość platform chmurowych, takich jak Azure czy AWS.
  • Dobra znajomość kluczowych zasad zarządzania wydaniami, zmianami oraz incydentami.
  • Mile widziane:
  • praktyczna wiedza z zakresu: backend developmet (Java)/API.
  • Certyfikaty z zakresu ITIL, Agile (SAFe) lub praktyk DevOps.
  • Długofalowe stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o kontrakt B2B.
