Streszczenie

Aby odnieść sukces w roli Koordynatora ds. Specyfikacji, Kandydat powinien rozwijać nowe relacje biznesowe, aktywnie promować rozwiązania Siniat oraz budować świadomość wśród uczestników procesu inwestycyjnego: architektów, inżynierów, kierowników projektów, głównych wykonawców i wykonawców specjalistycznych. Kandydat będzie również odpowiedzialny za rozwój nowych obszarów działalności (new business development).

O Tobie

Minimum 1 rok pracy na podobnym stanowisku lub pracy w Dziale Handlowym. Doświadczenie we współpracy z biurami projektowymi. Ogólna wiedza z zakresu budownictwa oraz przebiegu procesu inwestycyjnego. Umiejętność pracy z dużą ilością danych, odczytywania raportów i analiz. Dodatkowo: Kandydat powinien charakteryzować się elastycznością, odpowiedzialnością, skuteczna komunikacją, umiejętnością pracy w grupie i samodzielnie.
