  • Accurately maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyzing variances to pinpoint trends and disparities.
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Investigating discrepancies through account reconciliations.
  • Assisting in both external and internal audits by furnishing documentation and clarifications.
  • Facilitating effective communication with team members and management.
  • Providing support and guidance to subordinate GL Accountants.
International company with the office in the city centre|Hybrid working model
  • 2 + years of experience as a GL Supervisor / GL Lead or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Experience with MS D365 will be a plus.
  • Knowledge od English - B2/ C1 level
  • Experience in process transitions
  • Flexible work hours and home office (1-2 days from the office)
