General Ledger & Reporting Team Lead 

Service delivery for Oerlikon’s Legal Entities withing AP/ AR/ GL & Reporting streams, role based in Warsaw Shared Service Center.

Your Responsibilities

Leading and supervising the Team, ensuring its high performance Ensuring high quality of operations to fulfil KPI’s and SLA’s requirements Working with each direct report to establish goals and delegating tasks in line with their skills, knowledge and abilities Being responsible for the distribution of tasks among team members adequately to tasks’ priority and amount Driving Oerlikon Success Model Conducting Performance Review meetings and preparing development plans for the team members Participating actively in the recruitment process (leading interview meetings) in accordance to the needs Being responsible for new staff onboarding process including access to required IT systems (ERP, BW, Compass, Cognos, TM5, Share Point, local drives, ICR Tool, general mailboxes, etc.) as well as required trainings Organizing and running of regular Team meetings and 1:1 meetings Being first point of contact for Local Finance and SSC team members in the supervised area as well as maintaining constant contact with them Being responsible for the compliance of the supervised area with the specified accounting policy and other internal and external regulations (e.g. ICS) Driving and ensuring implementation of process improvements Acting as a backup for Team Manager as needed Other tasks delegated by the direct supervisor

Your Profile

A track record in Leadership roles in an operations setting University degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration preferable Knowledge of SAP preferable Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel required) Fluency in English
