zadania

  • opracowywanie szczegółowych planów projektowych, dbanie o zgodność działań z założeniami firmy oraz oczekiwaniami klienta
  • realizowanie projektów od etapu koncepcji po ich pełne wdrożenie, obejmujące zarządzanie harmonogramem, budżetem oraz zasobami
  • prowadzenie jasnej i skutecznej komunikacji w ramach realizowanych projektów
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z klientami, podwykonawcami oraz innymi stronami zaangażowanymi, a także rozwiązywanie problemów i odpowiadanie na pytania
  • zapewnianie wsparcia merytorycznego na etapach planowania, projektowania oraz wdrażania projektów
  • wspieranie efektywnej współpracy pomiędzy zespołami, działami i interesariuszami
  • wdrażanie standardów jakości i procesów kontrolnych, aby zapewnić, że efekty pracy spełniają wymagania i obowiązujące normy
  • tworzenie, aktualizacja oraz zarządzanie dokumentacją projektową, taką jak raporty postępu, listy zadań czy analizy danych
  • motywowanie członków zespołu, tworzenie sprzyjających warunków pracy oraz wspieranie ich rozwoju zawodowego

 

oczekujemy

  • minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami, preferowane w sektorze energetyki
  • podstawowej wiedzy z zakresu spalania biomasy i/lub technologii biogazu
  • umiejętności zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie (różne lokalizacje), ustalania priorytetów i terminów, a także  pracy w szybkim tempie
  • doświadczenia we wdrażaniu i realizacji projektów, wiedzy technicznej w tym wdrażanie systemów kotłowych i uruchamianie
  • znajomości narzędzi i oprogramowania do zarządzania projektami
  • otwartości do podróży służbowych (ok 20% czasu pracy)
