Your responsibilities:

Handling all kinds of transport claims on a global scale in DSV Group.  Maintaining relationships with customers in Europe and all over the world.  Cooperation with DSV branches in Europe and all over the world as a part of Shared Service Centre.  Co-creation and optimization of claims handling processes.  Responsibility for handling customers claims and cooperating with subcontractors. 

Our requirements:

Very good command of English (DSV corporate language),  Very good command of German ( at least B2),  MS Office knowledge,  Negotiation skills, ability to work under time pressure, communication and interpersonal skills.
