Would you like to Daily Banking Processing FI 4 team? We are now looking for a Junior Process Officer (Daily Banking Processing FI Team) to deliver great quality services and products to Nordea's customers in Finland.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Daily Banking Processing FI 4 team. We add value by delivering services and products with quality and efficiency. As the Junior Process Officer (Daily Banking Processing FI Team), you’ll play a valuable role in keeping our delivery promises to our customers and stakeholders. 

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions Co-operating with stakeholders across Nordea Identifying and proposing improvements within own area of responsibility to improve process efficiency and reduce risk and cost


You’ll join a an International Team full of skilled people working towards common goals. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

English on good communicative level (at least B1+) Good command of MS Office Tools (Outlook & Excel) Graduated at least secondary school All financial background will be a welcome plus
