About this opportunity
Welcome to the Forbearance Services team. We add value by supporting our customer facing advisors with the forbearance process to help them make the right decisions and capture the related data at times, when our customers may face financial difficulties. As the (Junior) Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in centralizing calculation and registration of forbearance measures and completeness control.
What you’ll be doing:
Net Present Value calculation upon request from Customer Relationship Unit i.e. relationship managers Data driven completeness controls Registration in the Forbearance Documentation Tool Take part in setting up and stabilization of current and new tasks/projectsYou’ll join a team with many development opportunities in an area of high attention. The role is based in Łódź.
