The Marketing Manager, Eastern Europe and CIS is responsible for strategic and tactical ownership of marketing at the regional level and establish a long-term strategy for their region.

The incumber performs his job fully in compliance with Danaher Code of Conduct and Danaher Core Behaviors, working closely with other functions such as Sales, Field Application Specialists, Customer Service, and others to identify synergies and appropriate strategies, and ensure growth.

The position reports to the Regional Marketing Director, MEA and CIS and is part of the MEA Regional Marketing team and will be located in Poland or Turkey and is based in the office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the marketing and product management of all product areas or marketing segments across the region to successfully achieve sales targets Prepare and implement the marketing plan and regional product launches for all targeted products for indirect countries in the region, including the utilization of digital marketing and innovative routes to market Proactively design, plan and execute initiatives to support demand generation through leads production and a funnel-based approach that ultimately results in revenue growth and support the implementation of the process for indirect lead management in collaboration with the Digital team Responsible for Market Knowledge, reporting government policies, own activities, follow up of action plans, competition activities, and channel partners’ and customers’ needs Develop and communicate key messages, value propositions, marketing programs, and sales tools

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree with more than 7 years of experience or Master’s degree with more than 5 years of experience Must be effective when working in cross-functional teams with a proven track record working with geographically dispersed team members Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex information in a simplified manner for the audience to understand. Able to identify and solve complex organizational issues by leveraging resources both within the marketing organization and beyond. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Other languages, German in particular, would be beneficial. Regional product management and sales experience in Diagnostics or Device industries

Other:

Travel up to 40% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Local and/or regional Marketing experience

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES : Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time, and ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay
