Early Careers Advisor with Bulgarian

Description

As an Early Careers Advisor you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents. You will be responsible for supporting Early Careers and Professional recruitment processes with Bulgarian language.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities, colleges, and other relevant sources

Sourcing of candidates and screening their CVs

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

Requirements:

Fluency in Bulgarian & English required,

University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar.

Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have

Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best pratices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
