Export Customer Service Specialist with Bulgarian Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities development of new sales opportunities in Europe mainly Bulgarian
proactive order management and fulfilment from creation to invoicing,
review of orders placed through our B2B platform, including communication and interaction, clarification of billing issues and resolution of warehouse issues,
adapting the offers to the needs of the partners,
competitive analysis and monitoring
acquisition of new business customers in the field of renewable energies (e.g. installers, resellers of services and products in the field of renewable energies, wholesalers),
work with the logistics team to ensure all documentation requirements are met and document flow is working,
building strong relationships with customers to ensure a great customer experience,
support continuous improvement initiatives,
monitoring of returns and credit/debit notes, claims management,
solve emerging problems with high speed and efficiency,
building and maintaining a positive company image
you will work proactively to ensure that all our goals are achieved.
Our requirements experience in customer service (at least 2 years),
understanding of logistics processes, that are key in the export sales proces
at least 3 years of experience in sales – with documented success – preferably in the field of renewable energies, photovoltaics or the technical industry (technical consulting expertise)
ability to operate sales support systems, experience in issuing sales invoices
experience with CRM systems,
excellent problem-solving and communication skills,
excellent organisational and prioritisation skills,
independence of action and "team player" attitude,
communicative Bulgarian and Polish skills at minimum B2+ level,
readiness for business trips,
valid category B driver's license,
very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel spreadsheets, Word – content creation)
possibility of stationary work from the office in Warsaw
