What you'll do

This role will assist with network numeric configurations, with a focus on BIN management, for new Marqeta programs. This role requires a dynamic professional that is extremely detail oriented and takes initiative to engage cross-functionally. You have an opportunity for tremendous impact as we scale the business.

Manage, organize and track numeric related requests with our network and issuer partners, including but not limited to data analysis and submissions Manage, combine and prioritize support tickets as assigned  Provide support for team members in connection with banks, networks and/or other partners (issuer/network coordination, numerics installation and configurations) Manage BIN system of record to ensure consistency with partner data

What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years experience in payments at Processor or Payment Network Deep knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard products, services and policies is preferred. Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams Operates as an owner and drives accountability for assigned tasks  Ability to prioritize with direction, manage and deliver on multiple projects; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive timelines Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality deliverables Solid communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written)
