We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager in the Telecoms sector. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage customer relationships within the GPON/ODN/Fiber Cable market, targeting specific regions and key telecom customers.
  • Strengthen and deepen customer relationships to enhance loyalty and ensure repeat business.
  • Identify sales opportunities, focusing on key deals that will maximize sales of FiberHome’s solutions, including GPON, routers, fiber cables, and associated products.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from opportunity management to decision-making, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and overall FiberHome performance by meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Lead and optimize the performance of the account team, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational implementation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience in market development, specifically in GPON, routers, fiber cables, boxes, closures, optical cables, and switches.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, solutions, and service sales within the telecom industry, preferably on the vendor side.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1/C2) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Passion for staying updated on technological trends, market shifts, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage with all key stakeholders in the sales process.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and drive results under challenging conditions.
