  • Precisely input customer orders into the company's order management system.
  • Verify that all order details, pricing, and customer information are correctly entered.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to resolve any order-related questions.
  • Communicate clearly with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as necessary.
  • Quickly and effectively address and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Coordinate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure a smooth order entry process.



Possibility to take a part in building new SSC|Hybrid work model
  • Preferably holds a higher education degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written, B2 level or higher).
  • Additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Possesses analytical skills.
  • Experience in process transition and optimization is desired.
