We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Responsible Marketing Team, which plays an integral role in ensuring that the company's products are purchased by authorized people. This role covers a range of activities, including promotional and awareness campaigns, as well as preventive measures to prevent unauthorized purchases. Join the Responsible Marketing Team and be part of an efforts to ensure that authorized people buy our products, while promoting responsible and healthier choices through CSR initiatives.

YOU WILL

  • Lead and oversee projects related to responsible marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project execution is in compliance with company’s policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with high-profile stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Responsible Marketing Team and various stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to company’s policies and regulations governing responsible marketing.
  • Assist in audits and assessments related to responsible marketing practices.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in responsible marketing initiatives.
  • Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations to convey project updates and recommendations.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.

 

YOU NEED

  • Experience with highly regulated industry, particularly in the context of marketing and advertising.
  • Proven Project Manager experience with a deep understanding of PM principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with high-profile stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Quick thinking and the ability to connect information to drive decision-making.
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint enabling the creation of effective presentations.
  • Knowledge of consumer and commercial technologies in a highly regulated industry will be an advantage.
