We are seeking an experienced Data Consultant to join our Real Estate and Sustainability Analytics team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, data management, and data visualization to help clients transform raw data into actionable insights. This role involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs, providing strategic guidance on data initiatives, and implementing data solutions that drive actionable insights and outcomes for our Consulting Services.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a strong preference for experience in sustainability, real estate, or related fields. Proficient programming languages such as Python, SQL, etc. Experience with data visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau Demonstrated experience with statistical modelling, and data mining Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data-related concepts to non-experts. Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven projects from inception to completion.Preferred Skills:
Advanced degree in a relevant field. Previous work in sustainability, environmental sciences, or related fields. Familiarity with regulations and standards pertaining to sustainability and climate risk. Real estate market knowledge. Experience in a consulting environment. Understanding of machine learning techniques. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for innovation and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.What you can expect from us:
