About the position

We are looking for Product Manager to lead operations for our fertility coaching program. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, development, operations, user research, process creation, reporting, and quality control. Backgrounds in product marketing, project management, business analysis, customer support, or success are valuable.

The Product Manager will join our product team, focusing on growing our Ecosystem products (Fertility coaching, Lab tests, Supplements, etc.). Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role involves daily operations, identifying product challenges, and innovating solutions to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  1. User Experience: Ensure a great user experience by working closely with developers, design, marketing and support teams.
  2. Research: Conduct thorough product and marketing research to inform business decisions and improve product offerings.
  3. Process Optimization: Improve operational workflows for the fertility coaching program and other products.
  4. Policy Implementation: Work with the Fertility Coach Lead to document and enforce program policies.
  5. Providers Network Operations: Manage credentialing, onboarding, support, and off-boarding for fertility coaches. Balance supply-demand ratios across regions.
  6. Operational and Refund Costs Optimization: Analyze expenses and enhance unit economics. Identify and reduce refund reasons.
  7. Quality Control: Develop and implement service quality measures.
  8. Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges with innovative solutions.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with customer support, compliance, product management, and marketing.
  10. Reporting: Create actionable reports to track performance and drive decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience in DTC product for the US market.
  • Proven collaboration with marketing and revenue teams to meet business goals.
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role with no subordinates.
  • Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.
  • Experience working in sales-driven companies (low investment in development).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Quick learner with an interest in hormonal health and femtech.

Preferred

  • Experience with two-sided platforms and understanding associated challenges.
  • Experience with telemedicine product management.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in workflow optimization.

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team. Contractor or B2B employment contract.
