Position Description
Maintaining document control processes ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations, standards and procedures (compliance with: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 820, 21CFR 820, 21CFR 11 and others) Playing role of Sysadmin within Electronic Document and Training System, taking care about the configuration and system maintenance. Solving technical system problems Ensuring process continuity by establishing priorities compliant with the company and department objectives Initiating and leading implementation of process changes, leading projects related to improving efficiency and work quality Leading projects to roll out the electronic Document & Training Management System to the new company sites Responsibility for the document and training processes during internal, customer and notified body quality audits. Definition and implementation of reported corrections, corrective and preventive actions Monitoring KPIs and reporting work results and process changes to the Local Head of QA and Global Quality Systems Lead Building and managing the team responsible for the department processes Managing the working time and leaves within the subordinate team Conducting periodic performance evaluation meetings, talks concerning the development of competencies and disciplinary actions Planning and delivering short and long term goals in accordance with the corporate strategy and Quality Assurance department
Position Requirements
Experience in Quality Assurance area - at least 3 years Leadership experience - at least 1-2 years Electronic Document & Training system(s) experience Electronic Quality System (ie. Related to Documents or Trainings) Sysadmin Role experience would be an asset Experience in an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified companies would be an asset ISO 13485 Internal Auditor certificate would be an asset Excellent English - written and spoken Excellent organizational and planning skills Team oriented Process and quality improvement oriented
