About the role

We’re looking for an IT & D Senior Manager / Expert who is ready to thrive in one of the richest data sets in the industry and drive transformational impact. Your responsibilities

Uncover information hidden in vast amounts of data, structured and unstructured, to enable smarter decisions and better products for all our consumers and customers around the world; Collaborate with an excellent team of data engineers and BI developers Be exposed to the latest data and analytics technologies that are disrupting many industries and societies Work in an environment of agile working methods, DevOps and DataOps

The experience we're looking for

Min. 3 years of experience in managing BI developers and/or data engineers teams Experience in cloud data architectures, large datasets processing, real time streams and unstructured data Strong experience with SQL, development of analytical reports/dashboards in PowerBI, PowerQuery, implementation of ETL process Knowledge of DWH concepts Full BI projects life-cycle implementation experience: Requirements gathering, conception & design, development, implementation, deployment and driving user adoption Strong organizational, communication and time/project management skills Experience in managing and growing teams of BI developers & data engineers; Managing demand from various parts of FMCG, Pharma or Retail industry; Proven track record of taking initiative and implementing innovative solutions; Promotion of data-driven approach and self-service analytics principles in the enterprise environment; Ability to build agile and high performing squads that can deliver real business impact in short period of time.
