Naszym klientem jest międzynarodowy operator logistyczny, który od kilku lat rozwija swoją działalność na terenie Polski. W związku z rosnącym udziałem biznesu morskiego podjęto decyzję o utworzeniu stanowiska Sea Freight Managera, który przejmie opiekę nad obecnymi klientami oraz obsługującym ich zespołem.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Odpowiedzialność za wszystkie operacje związane z transportem morskim (FCL oraz LCL)
  • Zbudowanie i nadzór nad realizacją strategii rozwoju dla produktu morskiego w ramach polskiego oddziału firmy 
  • Współpraca z partnerami biznesowymi oraz armatorami (przegląd obecnych warunków współpracy)
  • Zarządzanie podległym zespołem operacyjnym odpowiedzialnym głównie za biznes morski
  • Wspieranie działu handlowego w rozmowach z potencjalnymi klientami oraz w przygotowywaniu ofert
  • Cykliczne raportowanie do zagranicznej centrali oraz współpraca z innymi działami firmy

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe - mile widziane kierunki związane z logistyką oraz zarządzaniem transportem
  • Przynajmniej 4 letnie doświadczenie na analogicznym stanowisku
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość specyfiki produktowej i operacyjnej frachtu morskiego (FCL/LCL + import/eksport)
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy oraz prowadzeniu negocjacji z armatorami morskimi
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację (min. B2)
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w zarządzaniu operacjami lotniczymi oraz drogowymi
