  • Nadzór nad procesami budżetowania, raportowania finansowego i analizy kosztów w dużym zakładzie produkcyjnym,
  • Ścisła współpraca z Dyrektorem Zakładu oraz managerami dywizji w ramach grupy (matrixowa ścieżka raportowania w ramach struktur międzynarodowych),
  • Nadzorowanie pracy zespołu,
  • Odpowiedzialność za realizację długoterminowych celów strategicznych i monitorowanie inwestycji,
  • Monitorowanie i analiza wydajności operacyjnej oraz identyfikowanie obszarów optymalizacji kosztów,
  • Współpraca z zespołami działów operacyjnych w celu zrozumienia i wsparcia ich potrzeb kontrolingowych,
  • Identyfikowanie trendów, ryzyk i szans biznesowych oraz dostarczanie odpowiednich rekomendacji.

  • Wyższe wykształcenie w zakresie finansów,
  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w controllingu w firmach produkcyjnych,
  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem, w tym wysokorozwinięte kompetencje managerskie,
  • Bardzo dobry angielski umożliwiający pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym (min. B2/C1),
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym,
  • Znajomość programu SAP.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w międzynarodowej firmie o wysokich standardach pracy i bardzo dobrych opiniach,
  • Stanowisko o dużej odpowiedzialności, mające realny wpływ na firmę (ścisła współpraca z Dyrektorem Zakładu oraz managerami w ramach grupy),
