Workday HCM Security Administrator T2-1

This is a global role responsible for the development, maintenance and adherence to data security protocols and controls which permit accessibility to and ensure integrity of the Workday HCM system at Mars.This role acts as the Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on Workday HCM security.
What are we looking for?
4+ years hands-on experience on Workday security configuration . data domains; security groups; security roles including role based, user based, segmented and intersecting security roles; migration of security configurations.
2+ years hands-on experience in configuring custom security in Workday
2+ years of experience in Workday system administration . tenant management, version releases, regression testing.
Strongly preferred: Within past 2-4 years, has completed relevant Workday training on security such as Configurable Security Fundamentals, Advanced Configurable Security, Integration Security, etc.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Security on the Workday platform (for defined scope) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.
Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards
Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support in Workday Security
