  • Create, adjust and optimize backends of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Technical support for the design of new features
  • Support with the implementation of adjustments
  • Support with the implementation of interfaces between peripheral systems
  • Carrying out peer reviews of changes within the team
  • Support in the design and creation of unit tests/automated tests
  • Developer testing
  • Optimization/ housekeeping
  • Technical documentation
  • Active participation in sprint events (refinement, planning, review, daily, retrospective)
Global implementations|IT HUB in Kraków
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional backend development experience
  • Deep knowledge in state of the art backend technologies of the respective system (Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Azure web services environment and development knowledge desirable
  • Strong understanding of the MACH architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in an agile development environment.
  • High degree of creative freedom with the possibility of personal development
