For our client a company from automotive industry we are looking for candidates for a position of Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • lead the planning, organization, and management of all production activities, ensuring the achievement of production goals while maintaining quality standards,
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement,
  • develop and implement long-term plans for the factory, including investment planning in technology, equipment, and infrastructure to support strategic objectives,
  • lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers, supervisors, and technical staff to optimize performance and manage personnel needs,
  • inspire employees to embrace change and foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and resilience,
  • act as a liaison between management and union leadership, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and negotiating collective agreements,
  • collaborate with senior leaders and report directly to Managing Director, providing updates, recommendations, and insights on factory operations.

Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of experience as a production manager/plant manager in automotive industry or similar preferably in an international environment,
  • entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management,
  • strong people management skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement,
  • a qualified candidate who holds Polish citizenship and is fluent in both Polish and English,
  • high standards for yourself and your team, with a drive for success.
