Are you passionate about leading production activities in the automotive industry? Join our client, a renowned company, as a Plant Manager and take charge of managing all production operations at the factory

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize production activities, ensuring goals are met with top-notch quality standards,
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Create long-term plans for the factory, including technology and infrastructure investments, to support strategic goals,
  • Manage and develop a skilled team to optimize performance and address personnel requirements,
  • Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and resilience among employees to embrace change positively,
  • Act as a bridge between management and union leaders, addressing concerns and negotiating agreements,
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and report directly to the Managing Director on operational insights.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field and have a minimum of 7 years' experience as a production/plant manager in the automotive sector,
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills,
  • Demonstrate excellent people management capabilities focused on driving results and continuous improvement,
  • Preference for candidates with Polish citizenship and fluency in both Polish and English,
  • Set high standards for yourself and your team, striving for success consistently.
